Seller analytics on PeerMetals provide insights into your sales performance, helping you make informed decisions to grow your business. Here’s a detailed explanation of the key metrics and data points available in the analytics dashboard:


1. Sales Analytics

The Sales Analytics section gives you a clear overview of your revenue and performance trends over selected timeframes (e.g., Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days). This is located on the Seller Hub home page.

  • Total Sales: Displays the cumulative revenue from all completed transactions.

  • Average Daily Sales: Highlights the average revenue generated per day.

  • Peak Day Sales: Shows the day with the highest sales volume within the selected timeframe.

Use these metrics to identify peak performance periods and optimize your listings and promotions accordingly.


2. Revenue and Orders Overview

This section provides a snapshot of your overall business activity and is located on the Analytics Dashboard under the Seller Hub:

  • Total Revenue: The total amount earned from sales, along with a comparison to the previous month’s performance (e.g., "+12.5% from last month").

  • Pending Revenue: Revenue on hold before it becomes available for withdrawal.

  • Total Orders: The number of completed transactions, along with the average order value (e.g., "Avg. $198.33").

  • Available Balance: Funds ready for withdrawal from PeerMetals.


3. Revenue Trend

The Revenue Trend graph shows how your earnings fluctuate over time, helping you:

  • Identify days or periods with lower-than-average sales.

  • Adjust your pricing or marketing strategies to improve consistency.


4. Top Products

This bar chart highlights your best-performing items:

  • Displays the products with the highest sales volume.

  • Provides insights into buyer preferences, helping you focus on popular items to maximize revenue.


5. Order Status

The Order Status chart gives a breakdown of your active and completed orders:

  • Pending: Orders that are awaiting shipment or confirmation.

  • Processing: Orders that are being prepared for shipment, including packaging or waiting on seller action.

  • Shipped: Orders that have been dispatched and are in transit to the buyer.

  • Completed: Orders that have been fulfilled and closed.

This information ensures you stay on top of outstanding orders and maintain timely shipping practices.


6. Payment Methods

Understand how buyers are completing transactions:

  • Displays a breakdown of payment methods used (e.g., Credit Card, US Bank Transfer).
