How To Create a New Listing

Creating a new listing on PeerMetals is simple, fast, and designed to help your item get discovered by the right buyers. Whether you're selling bullion, numismatics, or other precious metal products, the Seller Hub provides all the tools you need to create detailed and professional listings.

1. How to Create a Listing

Follow these steps to create a new listing:

• Go to the Seller Hub: Log in to your PeerMetals account and navigate to the Seller Hub.

  

• Click on “Listings”: This will take you to your personal listings dashboard.

  

• Click “Create Listing”: Located at the top right of the page, this button begins the listing process.

  

• Fill Out the Listing Form: Enter all required and relevant details (title, photos, metal type, weight, pricing, etc.).

  

• Submit for Publishing: Once everything is filled out, click Publish Listing to make your listing live on the marketplace. Or, press Save Draft to save the listing for later.

2. Required Listing Information

To ensure a smooth buyer experience, fill out the following fields:

• Product Title

• Description

• Photos and/or Videos

• Metal Type (e.g., gold, silver, platinum)

• Purity

• Weight (e.g., troy ounces, grams)

• Category (e.g., bullion, numismatic)

• Pricing (Buy It Now, Offers, or Auctions)

• Shipping Details (weight, dimensions, bundling options)

• Quantity Available

• Optional Fields: Mint/Brand, Grade, Country of Origin, Mintage, Face Value, etc.

3. Tips for a Successful Listing

Help your item stand out and sell faster with the following best practices:

• Use High-Quality Images: Clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles build trust.

• Write Detailed Descriptions: Include relevant specs, condition, and any unique history or provenance.

• Use Keywords: Include relevant keywords buyers might search for in your title and description.

4. After Publishing

Once your listing goes live:

• Track Views and Engagement: Monitor interest through the Seller Hub and the product listing.

• Respond to Inquiries: Answer buyer questions quickly to increase trust.

• Edit as Needed: You can update pricing, quantity, or details anytime through the Listings tab.

• Manage Offers or Auctions: If your listing accepts offers or is set as an auction, keep an eye on bidding activity or incoming negotiations.
