Timely Shipping: Ship sold items promptly and provide accurate tracking information to buyers.
Professional Communication: Respond to buyer inquiries and disputes promptly and respectfully.
Responsible Bidding and Buying: Commit to purchasing or bidding only on items you intend to buy. Not paying for items you submitted bids or offers on will result in -500 Metal Points, and possible suspension of your account.
Provide Accurate Information: Ensure your shipping and payment details are correct to avoid transaction delays.
Report Issues: Use the "Report" feature to flag suspicious listings, users, or transactions.
Counterfeit and Fraudulent Listings: Selling counterfeit items or misrepresenting products is strictly prohibited.
Off-Platform Transactions: Conducting transactions outside of PeerMetals is not allowed and voids platform protections.
Harassment or Abuse: Any form of hate speech, harassment, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Manipulative Practices: Engaging in activities like but not limited to price manipulation, fake reviews, or bid shilling is forbidden.
Identity Verification: Sellers must complete identity verification to ensure a safe marketplace.
Secure Payments: PeerMetals partners with Stripe to process all payments through its secure system.
Feedback and Ratings: Honest reviews help build trust within the community; leave constructive feedback after transactions.
Content Removal: Non-compliant listings or posts will be removed immediately.
Account Suspension or Ban: Users who violate these guidelines may face temporary suspension or permanent account bans.
Reporting to Authorities: Serious violations, such as fraud, may be escalated to law enforcement.
