False Information: Providing inaccurate or misleading details in your profile, listings, or communications.
Payment Fraud: Manipulating payment processes, including chargeback fraud or attempting to bypass platform fees.
Avoiding Fees: Encouraging or conducting transactions outside of PeerMetals to bypass fees or protections.
Unsecured Deals: Off-platform transactions are not protected under PeerMetals’ Buyer Protection Policy.
Hate Speech and Harassment: Using language or actions that intimidate, demean, or harm others.
Abusive Messaging: Sending offensive or threatening messages to other users.
Targeted Attacks: Intentionally undermining another user’s reputation through false reviews or reports.
Fake Reviews: Posting false reviews or ratings to manipulate a seller’s or buyer’s reputation.
Price Manipulation: Colluding with others to artificially inflate or deflate the value of items.
Bid Shilling: Placing fake bids to increase an auction’s price.
Prohibited Items: Listing items that violate PeerMetals’ allowed items policy, including counterfeit goods or restricted materials.
Spam or Irrelevant Listings: Posting repetitive or irrelevant content not related to precious metals or numismatics.
Non-Compliance: Failing to adhere to PeerMetals’ Community Guidelines, Seller Policies, or Buyer Protection Policy.
Account Sharing: Sharing your account or login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
Hacking Attempts: Engaging in activities intended to compromise the platform’s security or access other users’ accounts.
Data Theft: Collecting or misusing personal information from other users.
Content Removal: Listings, posts, or messages violating these policies will be removed.
Account Suspension or Ban: Users who engage in prohibited activities may face temporary or permanent suspension.
Reporting to Authorities: PeerMetals may report severe violations, such as fraud or illegal activities, to law enforcement.
Use the "Report" button to flag any suspicious or prohibited activity.
PeerMetals’ moderation team will review reports and take appropriate action within 24 hours.
