  • Screenshots of the listing or offending content.

  • Proof of ownership of the intellectual property (e.g., registration documents, trademarks, copyrights).

• Submit a Claim: Visit the Contact Us page on PeerMetals’ website and select “I’m a Seller” and then select “Compliance Questions” under the category selection.

• Provide Detailed Information: Include all relevant details about the violation and your contact information for follow-up.

3. PeerMetals’ Response to Claims

• Initial Review: Our team will review the claim and contact the reporting party for additional information, if necessary.

• Temporary Action: Listings in question may be temporarily removed while the claim is under investigation.

• Content Removal: Unauthorized listings or content will be removed immediately upon confirmation of a violation.

• Account Suspension: Repeated or severe violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

• Legal Action: PeerMetals cooperates with rights holders in pursuing legal action against repeat or egregious offenders.

5. Counter-Claim Process

If your content was removed due to an intellectual property claim and you believe it was a mistake:

• Submit a Counter-Claim: Visit the Contact Us page and provide detailed information to dispute the claim.

• Resolution Timeline: Counter-claims will be reviewed within 7–10 business days, and appropriate actions will be taken based on the findings.
