This helps us take swift action to protect the community and maintain the integrity of the platform.

1. How to Report a Listing

Reporting a listing is quick and straightforward.

• Navigate to the Listing: Go to the product page of the listing you want to report.

• Scroll Down Slightly: Just beneath the listing specifications, you’ll see the Report this listing button.

• Click the Button: A form will appear asking for a brief explanation of the issue.

• Submit Your Report: Once submitted, our support team will begin reviewing the listing.

  

2. When to Report a Listing

Use the report feature if a listing appears to break PeerMetals’ rules or creates a negative experience for users, including:

• Counterfeit or Fake Items: Listings that appear to misrepresent authenticity.

• Misleading Descriptions or Photos: Information that intentionally hides flaws or exaggerates value.

• Inappropriate Content: Listings with offensive language, imagery, or irrelevant items.

• Prohibited Items: Items not allowed on PeerMetals, such as non-metal goods, replicas, or restricted materials.

• Scam or Fraud Risk: Listings that seem suspicious or designed to deceive buyers.

3. What Happens After a Report is Submitted

All listing reports are reviewed by the PeerMetals support team.

• Initial Review: Our team examines the listing details, attached photos, and report notes.

• Additional Checks: If needed, we may investigate the seller’s account history or reach out for more context.

• Action Taken: Listings may be edited, removed, or lead to seller account restrictions depending on the findings.
