1. How to Access Your Orders

To view and manage your orders:

• Click on Your Profile Icon: Located in the top navigation bar.

• Select “Orders” from the Dropdown: This will take you to your personal order history page.

  

• Browse Your Orders: All your past and current orders will be listed here for easy access.

2. How to View Order Details

To see more information about a specific order:

• Click “View Details” next to the order you want to review.

• View Full Order Summary: You'll see a breakdown of the transaction, including:

  • Total Purchase Amount

  • Item(s) Purchased

  • Shipping Method Selected

  • Order Status & Tracking Information (if available)

  • Order Date and Time

  

3. Order Status Breakdown

The order detail page helps you track the progress of your shipment:

• Processing: The order has been placed and the seller has been notified.

• Label Created: The seller has generated a shipping label and is preparing the item.

• Shipped: The package is in transit and tracking details are active.

• Delivered: The item has arrived at the destination.

• Canceled: The order was canceled by the seller or due to payment/shipping issues.
