How Combined Shipping Works

• When you buy multiple items from the same seller, you can request that they be shipped together in one package.

• Combined shipping can reduce overall shipping costs since multiple items share one label.

• The seller must approve the combined shipping request before it's processed.

How to Request Combined Shipping

1. After placing your orders, contact our support team and mention the order numbers you'd like combined.

2. Our team will coordinate with the seller to arrange the combined shipment.

3. You'll be notified once the combined shipment is confirmed and a new tracking number is provided.

For Sellers

If you are the seller and a buyer has asked to combine multiple orders, you can submit the combined-shipping request yourself without waiting for support. Open the Shipping page in the Seller Hub, select the orders, then open Shipping Actions and choose Combine Shippings. Our team will review and approve before a new label is generated.

Things to Keep in Mind

• Combined shipping is only available for orders from the same seller.

• Requests should be made before the seller ships the individual orders.

• The final shipping cost may be adjusted based on the combined package weight and dimensions.

• Not all sellers may be able to accommodate combined shipping—especially if items have already been labeled.
