If you'd like to permanently delete your PeerMetals account, you can do so through your account settings. Please note that this action is irreversible.

Before You Delete

• Complete any open orders—both as a buyer and seller.

• Withdraw any remaining balance from your seller account.

• Download any records you may need (orders, transactions, etc.).

• Resolve any open cases or disputes.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Go to Account Settings.

2. Navigate to Delete Account.

3. Review the information about what will be deleted.

4. Confirm your decision.

What Happens After Deletion

• Your profile, listings, and account data will be permanently removed.

• Your username will no longer be searchable.

• Past order records may be retained for legal and compliance purposes.

• This action cannot be undone—you would need to create a new account to use PeerMetals again.
