Arkansas 3 coin state quarter collection

The Arkansas 3-coin state quarter collection. Issued in 2003 as part of the United States Mint's highly popular 50 State Quarters Program, the Arkansas quarter design pays homage to the state's unique characteristics. The reverse features a diamond and a rice stalk, representing Arkansas's status as the only U.S. state with a public diamond mine and its significant agricultural production of rice. A mallard duck in flight further symbolizes the state's rich wildlife and natural beauty. This collection offers a tangible connection to Arkansas's heritage and its contribution to the nation. Each coin in this collection is a circulating commemorative quarter, struck with the standard copper-nickel clad composition that defined the series. A '3 coin collection' typically includes uncirculated coins from the Philadelphia (P) and Denver (D) mints, accompanied by a proof strike from San Francisco (S) for variety. These quarters are sought after by collectors for their historical significance and artistic designs, making this set an excellent addition for both novice and seasoned numismatists alike. Whether you're completing a collection, seeking a nostalgic keepsake, or investing in modern U.S. coinage, this Arkansas set is a prime choice.
