What to Do If Your Account Is Banned

Account bans are issued when a user violates PeerMetals' terms of service or community guidelines. If your account has been banned, here's what you need to know.

Common Reasons for Bans

  • Selling prohibited or counterfeit items.

  • Fraudulent activity such as fake listings or payment scams.

  • Repeated violations of Community Guidelines.

  • Harassment or abuse toward other users.

  • Multiple unresolved disputes or chargebacks.

The Ban Process

  • When your account is banned, you'll be automatically logged out and redirected to a ban notification page.

  • You will no longer be able to log in, make purchases, or list items.

  • Any active listings will be removed from the marketplace.

How to Appeal

If you believe your ban was issued in error, you can appeal by contacting our support team. Include:

  • Your username and email address.

  • A clear explanation of why you believe the ban should be reconsidered.

  • Any supporting evidence.

Appeals are reviewed within 5-7 business days.
