2009-P Abraham Lincoln Commemorative Silver Dollar

For your investment/collection includes a 2009-P Abraham Lincoln Commemorative Proof Silver Dollar, issued by the United States Mint to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln's birth.

The obverse features a detailed portrait of President Abraham Lincoln with the inscriptions “In God We Trust,” “Liberty,” and the 2009 date. The design was created by Justin Kunz and sculpted by Don Everhart.

The reverse features the final 43 words of Lincoln's Gettysburg Address, surrounded by a laurel wreath and accompanied by Lincoln's signature. The reverse was designed and sculpted by Phebe Hemphill.

Struck at the Philadelphia Mint, this commemorative silver dollar has a Proof finish and was produced in the traditional commemorative composition of 90% silver and 10% copper.

It is complete with its original U.S. Mint presentation box, protective capsule, Certificate of Authenticity, and outer Abraham Lincoln Commemorative Silver Dollar sleeve, all as pictured.
