Coupons are a great way to attract buyers and boost sales on PeerMetals. Create discount codes that buyers apply at checkout - you control the amount, validity window and which listings they work on.

Creating a Coupon

1. Go to the Seller Hub and open the Coupons page.

2. Click Create Coupon and fill in the details:

• Coupon code: Stored uppercase - buyers enter it at checkout.

• Discount type: Percentage off or a fixed dollar amount.

• Discount value: The % or $ amount.

• Minimum order amount (optional): Coupon only applies if the buyer's subtotal for your items meets this threshold.

• Usage limit (optional): Total number of times the code can be used across all buyers - leave blank for unlimited.

• Valid from / Valid until: The window the coupon is active.

• Applies to: All your listings, or a hand-picked subset.

How Coupons Work at Checkout

• Coupons are per-seller - if a cart has items from multiple sellers, each seller's coupon applies only to that seller's items.

• Expired, archived or usage-exceeded codes are rejected with a clear error.

• When a coupon is applied, the usage counter increments automatically.

Sharing Your Coupons

• Share codes on social media, in seller announcements, during live streams or in DMs.

• Use them to reward first-time buyers or encourage repeat customers.

Tracking Performance

• The Coupons page shows usage count vs. limit for every code.

• Filter by active / expired / archived and by percentage / fixed amount.

• Archive a coupon to remove it from circulation without deleting history.
